  1. We are happy to process returns for all of our products within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. We will send you a prepaid return label and issue you a refund for the item subtotal as soon as your items are processed through our returns center. Shipping and taxes will not be included. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at team@dotbk.com.

  3. Once you place an order on our site, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

  4. Currently, our website does not support international checkout. However, we are happy to create a custom invoice for you with the exact shipping costs based on your shipping address. International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges. .Bk has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order. To place an international order, email orders@dotbk.com with the name of the shirt you would like to purchase and your shipping address.

  5. Yes, you can change the shipping address on your order at any time before your order ships out. Just email us at team@dotbk.com with your order number and your new shipping address.

  6. The Dossier is a monthly micro-publication of essays, stories, photography & illustrations. To immerse our readers in the story, we work with world-class writers & photographers with a direct, personal knowledge of the lifestyle. You can check out the Dossier here.

  7. You can easily change your .Bk password within your accountpage. To access your account information, hover over the profile icon in the top right corner and click on Account. Once there, locate the Reset Pass button in the top right corner and enter your email address. Once you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to reset your password.

  8. Since we focus on small batch collections, we are able to putmore time into inspecting each shirt and making sure the quality is up to our standards. However, sometimes problems do arise and we want to make the returns process as easy as possible. If your shirt has an issue at any time within the first year, just let us know and we will replace or fix the shirt free of charge.

  9. We recommend washing your shirt in cold water and drying on the lowest heat setting. If needed, use a warm iron. We recommend washing only when necessary to increase the shirt's lifespan.

  10. We want to make the ordering process at .Bk as easy as possible, which is why we allow you to cancel your order at any time before it ships out. To cancel, just email us at team@dotbk.com and let us know your order number and that you would like to cancel your order. Once your order ships, you can request a return and ship the shirt back to us for a full refund.

  11. We release a new collection once every two months. Each collection is driven by a story or lifestyle. We find a unique and inspiring way of life, date it, move in with it, then get dumped by it. The collection is our break-up song. The Dossier is our expose. The blog is our diary.
